The xSPECTAR website will feature an interactive land-picking page where you will sign in with your account, see the regions, and select available plots.

As with real estate in the real world, the main importance of virtual real estate will center on three main things: LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.

BUILDING STRUCTURES ON YOUR LAND
People with knowledge of 3D modelling (Blender, Maya) will have the option to create their own structures on their properties. However, for those without technical abilities, xSPECTAR will provide custom build options. Our platform will also create a tool to facilitate easier landowner building of their own structures with an estimated release date of Q4, 2023.
